Nyzul LoS issues when next_to/behind certain open/closed doors

Details

Problem nr1: The True sight Gears seem to aggro you even if you are hidden behind a corner next to the open doors. Makes it really aekward on penalty floors.

Problem Nr 2: Also had a normal rampart aggro through a competely closed door where normally you would have had to run around to grab it.

Related to the number two, you seem to be able to pull mobs through closed doors aswell.

Related to this, the roaming bomb throwing Qiqirn bosses are able to path through closed doors to areas not accessable to players
