Peritrage Potentially Missing Some Items

The vendor Peritrage appears to be missing some items. Judging by https://ffxiclopedia.fandom.com/wiki/Zamburak this link and going back through the wikipedia history, he appears to have ALWAYS sold this item (and a few others too). When you cross reference this with his page specifically https://ffxiclopedia.fandom.com/wiki/Peritrage he is currently listed as NOT selling this particualar item (and again, a few others). Reading back through this page's wikipedia history, it was changed August 2011 and items started to be removed from it. Up until this date, the page for Peritrage was ALWAYS listed as selling this item, under the correct conditions.

As can be seen in the screenshot, this is the current list of items he is selling (he also sells a Dagger, missing from the bottom of his list of items). I attempted this on a Bastokan character while Bastok are in 1st place, which are both pre-requirements to be able to purchase these items. According to this page https://ffxiclopedia.fandom.com/wiki/Peritrage?oldid=1345928 the items missing are:

Zamburak, Tathlum - Bastok and Bastok 1st place only Crossbow, Mythril Bolt - All citizens, Bastok 1st or 2nd

i think it's more than just items missing, it looks like vendors were more specialized in the past, and that there are several items sold which should not be.
