Non-Dynamis Mobs With Pets Should Not Summon Their Pets While in Combat

Details

Currently non-dynamis mobs who have pets are able to summon their pets while in combat. Pets should not be summonable while in combat outside dynamis from regular mobs. Below are videos of this behaviour.

If the master deaggros it looks like they'll wait at least a full pet summon timer before resummoning again (shown best in goblin BST vid).

Dynamis mobs however are able to summon pets while in combat.

Do these videos represent 2008 era equivalent data?

No idea, I found this when I was trying to check a pet's level range by holding a master after killing its pet on retail and then it just never summoned another one. What Eden has does not match retail behaviour so I reported it.

from dowzer: Beastmaster monsters shouldn't be able to summon their pet when they have aggro.

It's currently possible to aggro Beastmaster monsters and hold them. They will continue resummoning their pets as if they are idle with no aggro. It can easily be abused to power level, it makes it effortless to pull the pet without risk of linking the master.
