2 years ago Can see Haste spells decimal value being implemented here but for example walahra turban is rounded up. Its the same for every equipment piece & JAs (tested blindly some items and desp. blows + hasso + catastrophe)

2 years ago Wasn't this an intended change made a few years ago? I remember eden changing from using x/1024 to x/1000 and subsequently the values being as represented on gear. It's why you only need 25% gear haste instead of 26% to cap.

2 years ago It was an intentional change by someone in the past. I just submitted incase it will be changed at some point since theres a highish chance for that since it is incorrect and the goal is era accuracy.

2 years ago It was talked about. The change was done on dsp to simplify haste and to forgive the too much unknowns with alot of undocumented haste equipment. Was not changed by a eden dev at any point except to correct issues that arose later on.
The scale atm is based on x/10000 scale.
We are in the market to correct anything that is implemented wrong at least 1 day, unless it is documented that that's how it is going to be, but can always be circled back around if the need see it

Haste equipment & Haste Abilities (Catastrophe & Hasso & Desperate Blows atleast, lmk if I missed some) are giving too much haste atm. Retail was somewhat notorious on most haste items giving less haste than the item description was suggesting.

Haste and march %s are correct, Fast Cast item values are not but ill make another one for those later. Not sure about Hastega & Refueling.
