Hmm, can it just be server latency? 0-4s rng spawn time? based on mob? Rogue dynamis-sandoria dev? tics?
I've watched quite a few videos of dynamis in an effort to audit a lot of the zones' mob placements. Mob spawns from statues are either all at once or staggered depending upon the statue, not the zone. The spawn timing is always the same for each individual statue. Placement is also almost always the same, except possibly in the case of roaming statues. SE meticulously set mob placement and timing for all mobs in Dynamis, aside from some certain mobs in CoP zones there's no RNG involved.
As for aggro mechanics, this depends upon whether the spawning statue/eye is killed prior to the spawned mobs becoming active after a short delay. There is always this delay between spawning and a mob being able to aggro, which is what led to time nuking strategies. In this Dynamis-Windurst video you linked, the reason the Yagudo in the distance did not link is because it's spawning statue died before it became active. As it was too far from the other statue, players, and the two other spawned Yagudo it failed to become aggressive.
It's also important to keep in mind that linking in Dynamis is based upon regular aggro mechanics. What I mean by this is that mobs will only link if there is already an aggressive mob within their sound or sight range, including statues.

Might hone this abit later, but city dynamises should propably have a static 4s spawn time between aggroing a stat > adds spawn. Northlands/dreamlands seem to have a more instant approach. So propably atleast 2 spawn methods?

Would make sense if this is cities only which are ment to be easier because you have 4 seconds to kill a stat if you dont want adds.

Would assume this is northlands and dreamlands, might need abit more evidence on both though.
Good note: I had a good vid where BLMs time nuked the orc TE stat on glacier from top of the cliff and it died nearly instant (like within 0.1-0.3s from 2-3x ga3s) and it still spawned adds and the adds took damage from ga3 and they ran into the sun set. Accidently lost the vid, but implies the spawn time is actually instant and mobs propably take a second or two before they can link starting from the initial aggro (spawn animation included to the timer).
