Entering CoP 8-4 Dawn battlefield sometimes freezes

Details

When members attempt to enter CoP 8-4 Dawn battlefield sometimes the BC will hang indefinitely and not allow selection of Dawn. Only solution is to relog. Also, some members Raised in the battlefield will not be able to accept Raise, and have to relog and have Raise re-cast.
