SMN avatars' AoE Bloodpacts, including Astral Flow, cannot interact with mobs that are currently tagged by party member or allies.
Have party members tag different mobs such that the mob name turns red.
Have a SMN use any AoE on the group, targeting a different mob
Observe that avatar AoE is only capable of hitting "white-named" mobs or a "red-named" mob that the SMN themselves is targeting.
This issue will occur even if a party member "tags" a mob the group is fighting after an AoE has been activated but before the bloodpact goes off. If you have a full alliance and every alliance member is fighting a different mob such that all the names are red, a SMN's AoE can only hit 1-2 mobs.
