Currently, Empty Seed from all four Memory Receptacles found in the Pulling the Plug ENM does too much damage, ~3-4x in some cases.
As can be seen from all of the examples, Empty Seed rarely does more than 100 damage. In addition, all three of the lesser Memory Receptacles should do about 50% less damage with Empty Seed than the larger Red one. The lesser receptacles seemed to average about 50 damage per Empty Seed and the larger was around 60-100 damage while sometimes hitting for ~120-130 or more, albeit uncommonly. To further highlight this difference, one of the lesser receptacles was seen hitting for 30 damage in my capture.
At the least, the lesser three Receptacles need to have their Empty Seed damage significantly reduced and the larger one needs tweaks as well.
