Details
Equipping the Ebisu Fishing Rod is causing Mog Wardrobes, Safes, and Storage to become disorganized/unsorted after zoning in a similar manner to this bug report with assaults and KSNM latent effect weapons. To narrow down whether it was having the Ebisu in your wardrobe or equipped to cause the storage issue, I unequipped all other gear and tested various configurations as detailed below:
1) Ebisu unequipped and in wardrobe:

2) Ebisu unequipped and in inventory:

3) Ebisu equipped and in wardrobe:

4) Ebisu equipped and in inventory:

I also tested equipping the Ebisu and then unequipping it before zoning, and it did not cause any disorganization. This testing leads to the conclusion that zoning while the Ebisu is equipped triggers the storage unsorting, regardless of where it is kept. My client version is 30181205_0.
