Incorrect Price listed for Instant Warp Scroll on Windurst Woods npc, Panoquieur, T.K.

Details

When trying to buy an instant warp scroll off the CP vendor Panoquieur, T.K. in WIndurst Woods it shows the incorrect amount of CP needed (13573) to buy it. Checked on both main and alt characters, both San D'oria aligned nation wise, and both had the errored cost.

Was there an updated DAT released that corrects Instant Warp/Reraise prices? As far as I know they've always been listed as 7 and 10 conquest points, respectively, and I think at one point there may have been a system message automatically sent that notes the correct era prices. My client currently shows 7/10 from the same NPC.
