Elshimo Newt able to snap Halcyon line

Client Version: 30181205_0

Steps to reproduce: Fish @ underground pond in the Yuhtunga Jungle tunnel @ G-11 (after dropping down the hole, on the way to Norg). Use Halcyon Rod + Frog Lure and eventually your line will snap.

Issue: According to FFXI Wiki and Great Blue, Elshimo Newts should not snap the line on Halcyon Rod:

I am using Frog Lure at this location to isolate Newts. Here are the relevant pages on GreatBlue and Wiki that show this combination will limit catches to Newts only:

In both cases, fishing with a Frog Lure should isolate Newts, and Halcyon rod does not indicate that the line can snap. However, it just happened to me twice (screenshot only shows once, but it happened another time prior to this.

i know this shouldn't be relevant, but what was your fishing skill level?

I don't know my exact level at the time, but I typically fish 8-15ish levels above my current skill level. Might have been 48? I know I was lower than 50 when I tried this spot.
