ver: 30181205_0 Ran into Upyri and after it's first TP move it just kept spamming it over and over:

I'm not sure this is a mob-specific issue. I've seen something like this happen a few times in different instances, albeit extremely rarely. In one instance it occurred in an ENM with the mobs all basically chainspelling TP moves back-to-back nonstop then standing on our corpses and continuing to spam TP moves.
