I'm missing the mini tuning fork of fire. Picked it up but it's not in mh or inv. Moat carp turned in disappear. and can't delete previous gear swaps.

type /ver like it asks you to when you create one of these

also try the addon find or findall and see if it can find your tuning fork

It said i dont have one but am unable to pick it up.

This sounds like a tech support or gm issue for the tuning fork, and tech support for the gear swap issue. Type !menu in game for the tuning fork issue.and #tech support in discord to explain your gear swap question

You gave ver is prob wrong and text ids are shifted result is says you can't get

can you type /ver inside the game and let us know what it says here? Also you can do a GM ticket in the game about the tuning fork - from the menu do help desk > help desk > report a violation > yes > yes
