Added links to craft ingredients/results #226

The recent change to how item pages are accessed by ID made it a lot easier to link to them. This just wraps the ingredient/result image with a hyperlink to its item page.

47e5e56 Removes two items from the sample SQL provided. They aren't reflected in the itemNames list and they cause errors when you try to run as dev.
