Adjusting rule page to reflect current rules listed on Discord. Removed Allmaps/Minimap from disallowed.

i've fixed the formatting and approved. if you update stuff again you can download a prettier extension that will format for you. also, try to name your branches something that goes along with the theme of the pr instead of mozzypatch1. update/config-page or rules-update or something like that both make sense.
