file Missing repo_const.dart #16

Hi

I downloaded your InstaDart-Flutter-Instagram-Clone zip file and the repo_const.dart file is missing, Also can you please explain to what "if (currentUser.id != kAdminUId)" KAdminUId means I can't figure it out. thank you

You may also have other errors in code since it has been some time since latest code release, so please keep an eye out for other eventual problems.
