Ask maintainers for advice

To help clarify next steps, we should ask the maintainers for advice on the issue https://github.com/visgl/deck.gl/issues/7794

• We should create a video of what we think the desired behavior should look like, to confirm that we're on the same page
  • We can simulate this by preventing the heatmap from uploading and zooming in/out
• Ask them if they agree with this "radiusUnits" proposal
• If we are going with the radiusUnits proposal, ask them if implementing it similar to how the scatterplot does it makes sense

I think we should also investigate how the scatterplot layer works
