An advantEdge scenario should be created and deployed in order to be able to perform diagnostic experiments on the simulated infrastructure.

The scenario should:

provide one UE where the diagnostic application will be deployed.
Provide a way to modify network characteristics
Be easily integrated with the current platform (Via the AdvantEDGE module).
