Related to GND Issues #338

added new code_to_voltage_single_ended() method
- This converts the lower voltage range -12 to 0V into 0 to 12V when in single-ended measurements mode
Added state check in read_voltage and single_sample methods
- it checks whether the ADC is measuring differential voltage (ex- AC signal) or single-ended measurements
Readme edit to show example code for differential measurements
