link fix for readme #19

All links of the readme/github pages start page are broken. I fixed them, should work now.

Good catch on the bad link! I would rather people view the user manual in Gitbook instead of Gihub (as it is easier to navigate), so I have changed the links to point the correct sections in Gitbook.

Now the links open in a new tab, would change it so it opens in the current tab like the other links

Ok, I fixed that again in gitbook.. It seems that editing links in github is a bit tricky to get them to point to the correct pages in gitbook.
