Fixed typos and description order #32

In the BW Main View, the Screen 3 has bar graphs and Screen 4 - numerical values

Also normalized option-description separator format in the BW Models/Setup page, adapted options names according to the UI and EdgeTX latest code constants

Thank you for your contribution. I have recently added the 2.10 and 2.11 branches. Your changes have been manually merged into those two branches. Going forward we will not use the MAIN branch any longer and instead just use the version branches.
