Is there an existing issue for this problem?

What part of EdgeTX is the focus of this bug?

Transmitter firmware

Current Behavior

Radio reboots in EM after a certain period of time (a matter of seconds, almost before 30 seconds) when LUA script "TBS Agent Lite 0.96" has been loaded and "Radio Settings" menu entered (no change made through any other menu item)

Expected Behavior

Navigate any of the menu items through the LUA script without any reboot

Steps To Reproduce

1) start the radio 2) long press "Menu" button 3) select "TBS Agent Lite" 4) press the "ENT" button 5) select "Tracer Micro TX" item from the menu 6) press the "ENT" button 7) select "Radio Settings" 8) press the "ENT" button 9) select "Dyn. Power" item from the menu 10) press the "ENT" button 11) chose another power level 12) press the "ENT" button 13) the radio goes to EM within a couple of seconds...

Hi, first of all thanks to everybody concerned about this fantastic software, I really appreciate the way it goes. Migrated from OpenTX to EdgeTX for a while now, haven't had any issues with my old Taranis :-). I'm getting in the following trouble when I recently wanted to start testing the TBS Tracer items on my helis. The TBS Tracer module has been tested on a friend Taranis X9D plus and the same behavior happened. Then we tested a second physical Tracer module (same firmware and hardware revision) on both radios (same hardware, same firmware & bootloader revision), and the same behavior happened. Sometimes the script doesn't crash the radio, if you take a lot of time to navigate through the menu, it'll normally not crash the radio. SD cards are both SANDISK 32GB in FAT32 (cleanely installed from scratch SD card contents for EdgetTX, and the good revision). Bootloaders, firmwares and radios are both identical. There's absolutely no models nor radio configuration done (started both from scratch), only enabled is the External JR Tracer module as CRSF (400kbauds and 1-16CH).

tbs tracer firmware : 6.19 hardware : 1.01 bootloader : 2.05

tbs agent lite 0.96

taranis bootloader : 2.9.2 (stable) firmware : 2.9.2 (stable)

I'm not sure I'm following. You say "no change made through any menu item", yet your steps to reproduce actually say you have to change power.

Thanks for your comment. You are right, I just edited the description, in fact the menu that is causing the EM is the "Radio Settings" and only a modification in this one is generating the crash of the radio ! FYI, I'm running the exact same settings in my tx16s mk1 with absolutely no issue (same firmware version, same physical module that I change from the x9d to the tx16s). I 'm wondering if I am doing somerhing wrong with the x9d ! I checked also to run the x9d through a stabilized power supply (directly through lab power source), doesn't helped !
