What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clicking on the jar file to run the downloaderd

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 64bit and Windows XP 32bit

I have the same problem with Windows 8 Release Preview edition

I've downloaded the file and unpacked it. I've noticed that the files  
NovacomInstaller_x86.msi and NovacomInstaller_x64.msi are missing in the tar...!

If i don't need them how do I start 'Novacom' . Java is updated.
