Tasks colour highlighting doesn't work on Colab

• Or leave on Colab and encourage people to install local version instead?

Actually on second thought binder is good. It looks more like Noteable. I'll move things to binder, but leave CoLab as an option as well. Looks like everything will run more smoothly on Binder.
