Coverage remained the same at 94.386% when pulling 1abdcd9d2fdb9bfcea4178bad4bf356845ad4bea on Lix1993:patch-1 into f59d7a443a1e3dcc35a9bccac8d94c811cc597d8 on Edinburgh-Genome-Foundry:master.

It means if and only if, but it can be replaced by "return whether", which is clearer.
