Add creation of input-output-map entry #52

This addition will only be used for testing as the input output map cannot be change in the LIMS. However it is useful to be able to construct the map from scratch using only their python representation.

Coverage increased (+0.1%) to 81.508% when pulling 85159560d27d46b9e04adae9455bf17e0d6a8931 on add_create_methods into f3c82df697cd48dbf20cd463aec9f5e570f06875 on master.
