Logical ordering for team members

Might be nice if there could be some more logical ordering to the team members. Could be done by:

• Separating team and cast into categories
• Making sure departments are grouped together
• Assistants come after their heads

Bonus Points if the migration can automatically determine to which group current team members belong based on their name.
