some quick notes (:TODO if cookie & edition --> check edition has language if true use & forward etc else if edition has only one completeLang use completeLang OR redirect to edition entrypage for lang selection :) (:TODO if parameter & edition --> check edition has language if true param & set-cookie etc. :) (:TODO if parameter --> ?! :)

edition languages should get a preference / quality indicator then one could sort them and match them against the preferred browser languages
