Create default theme #50

This brings the question to my mind whether ExtJS does support general theming and how this could be used for EO? Any thought or opinions @kepper

ExtJS does support theming (http://docs.sencha.com/extjs/4.2.3/#!/guide/theming - I just noticed that there is already ExtJS6 out there – we're using 4…), but the whole process is not as streamlined as it should be. There was a plan to come up with a default theme and build a FreiDi-specific theme on top, but as of time constraints, that wasn't always separated as clean as it should have been (but it's certainly not complete snafu). I can surely come up with something, but I need someone who's more familiar with compiling EO, so this is a job that requires more than one person's work…
