configure 應檢查 libtool

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.編譯時沒安裝 libtool 仍會繼續
2.產生的執行檔執行時會 segmentation fault
3.應該在 configure 或其他地方檢查

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
