How can I save the video,please help #523

I use the Object_detection_video.py to test a video,but don't know how to save the .mp4. Is there somebody make it work?

hey @lcxscornfield , I would like to work on this issue. I know how to fix this and will make a PR regarding an enhancement and hope it will get merged.
