Created a file to store all Python files to PyLint check #9

Why this change was necessary:

For now, rewrite all Python files to make them PyLint compliant is a pain.
Rather, let us add a file to the list of files to PyLint check as soon as it is updated

This change addresses the need by:

Creating the pylint_checks.txt file, and modifying .travis_yaml

Potential side-effects:

None

Mmm I actually did not merge this commit, nor the pull request... Very strange ! And I can't revert.

I think I can't revert because I do not have the admin rights. I will have to create another pull request to correct my bug, annoying ! (True that I did not wait for my build on my fork to finish though :) )

Ok I see what disturbed me: you unprotected master @Edouard360 and that is how I was able to push directly one commit to master without using a PR.

Don't you want master protected ? To clearly organize commits by PR ?
