Add option to trim manga names to show the chapter number in the kindle one-line list

the screen only shows 50 characters, if the title is larger it will show 47 and 3 dots

I also counted 46 in another title so it looks like it depends on the space each letter occupies

i think we can solve this by putting the chapter number before the title like:

27 - My awesome manga Vol.3 Ch.27 - The return of the plain title
