change drawer header styles

we have a logo now, we can change the default styles from the navigation drawer's header.

[x] The icon may be the logo.
[x] The background can be an image, a pattern or something else (see: #73).
[x] The email should be the one in the config.
[x] There may not be any dropdown since we will not add multi-account any time soon.
