Limit title length #89

The kindle devices only shows in the list the first X characters, warn the user about it if the chapter number will not be visible in the default list.

Soft limit added by showing the number of characters under the box and coloring the text in red when exceeded (29d003320f65f06e4fbf8b2acb72dab5ef28a14a)
