Change uploadChapter service #92

Change UploadChapterIntentService to UploadChapterForegroundService (Change the intent service to a foreground service with a notification when uploading chapters)

its done and looks like it works really well! May do some more tests before closing.

To check:

[x] Upload one.
[ ] Multi-chapter upload.
[ ] Upload one, wait to finish, upload another one.
[ ] Drop connections while uploading.
