Update to ocaml 4.12 #31

This is a couple of changes which should improve the compatibility and also move to a more versatile setup, maybe even multiple OCaml versions in the near future.

Changes

relax version constraints, this should fix the problem of lwt incompatibility
use opam version of ocaml-lsp-server
update ocaml to 4.12
use patches instead of git branches for ocaml
remove the patch with MKEXE_OPT for ocaml

Merging as the only diff from the previous commit is the freebsd target disabled temporarily
