Group 2 - Updated welcome page buttons and registration navigation #320

Updated colors of the buttons. Moved the registration button to the main button on the welcome page. Login button on the welcome page is now a link. Navigation to registration page from welcome page is fixed. Tracking of previous pages to ensure correct back button functionality.

Can this PR be closed so we can make a collective PR for all changes to staging so far? Otherwise just update this PR with all the PR's it concerns. @BabaWolo
