We'll need to work on changes to our template to include items such as Contact, Privacy, Accessibility, and Legal Statements to make our apps compliant with AD96 Acceptable Use of University Information Resources.

Added in 3edfb2, will need to create styling for it in the theme.

Added styling in e399fa6. From now on we should use sidebarFooter() where psu_eberly_logo() was used 362ad5a.
