Not even clear which app this belongs to #2

So the images and it appears some of the tabs are from what is now Data Visualization. However There is already an app for that. This one by process of elimination should be the Data Wrangling app, confirmed by looking at the UI. Therefore some changes need to be made to this name and the images associated with it.

@ethanwright3 this is definitely the Data Wrangling app as I'm sure you've figured out by now. I would prefer to keep the naming consistent so when we are ready to push the next version I think we should rename this app to Data_Wrangling and change the urls.
