VLC SSA playback issue after seek #103

This is not a bug in Confero, but with the playback of the gaze cursor overlay when using VLC.

There is a long-standing bug with VLC (e.g., https://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?t=79422) where subtitle display using SSA and AAS disappears or is messed up after seeking. This apparently doesn't happen all the time. I have had staff reporting this 3 years ago but could not replicate. But in some recent studies this became such a problem that I had seriously suspected that it's a bug in our SSA generate algorithm.

Not sure we will ever solve this problem. Potential workarounds: see other players at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SubStation_Alpha#Players_and_renderers

Well, after some further testing I can't really replicate the supposed VLS SSA playback issue.

Anyways, MPC-HC also plays back SSA. Windows only though: https://github.com/mpc-hc/mpc-hc
