resolving errors in the treebanks #19

I found a few (12 or so) errors in the RST discourse treebank and PTB that the convert_rst_discourse_tb.py script doesn't resolve. At least a couple of these errors appear to be due to punctuation such as quotation marks being put in the wrong EDU, so it shouldn't be too difficult to fix.
