Improve the footer of E-learning section

Proposed solution: We can reduce the size of the logo and place it on the top left part of the footer.

We can then place the three main links i.e About us, Courses offered and additional links spread across three rows width appropriate spacing

We can then add the social links and the copyright statement below the links with proper alignment and spacing.
