Description

Added missing alt-text in 10 Html Files (Almost All HTML Files).
Added ARIA attributes to Form Section and title, aria-label, rel attributes to Respective Social Icons in Suitable Files Codebases

Hi @AshAman999 . Please Review on this PR as soon as Possible and Add Valid Level Label Under GSSOC'23. Because of All HTML files have not added alt-text and Respective ARIA Attributes to Form and Social Links Sections. Thank You !
