IPv6 support #129

Would it be possible to get IPv6 support? The SRT live server currently only works with IPv4.

For example, if you send a livestream over a mobile network or have only received a DS-Lite connection from your ISP, you may have connection problems.

I noticed my install listening on UDP6 and TCP6 whatever that means. I think it should support it. However it depends on your hosting for your server.
