Attribution #16

I would like to suggest adding attribution for OpenStreetMap. Example: "OpenStreetMap" (without copyright symbol), or "© OpenStreetMap contributors" (usually with copyright symbol).

Refer to the page linked above for guidelines. For any questions on attribution, please contact the Licensing Working Group (LWG) of the OpenStreetMap Foundation (OSMF).

(See Attribution Control / leaflet-control-attribution on inspecting element); attribution for Leaflet itself is optional.

You should be able to use a href to link to the copyright page.
