I think Texas should be ON after an overcall. (But I have seen Wolsey-Bramley go wrong in this) 38AF75BD671DA45F111F37303419 image

I am in favor of excluding transfers and Texas. After the intervention, ambiguous situations often arise or it is impossible to bid one of the suits.

There is a reason for having the convention, so as default conventions should be on unless there is a reason not to. Texas should be on after disturbance up to 3S. Then we can discuss what a transfer into their suit is :-)
