This is fine. But 3 clubs and 3 diamonds are both limit raises in hearts.

Check out unusual over unusual to have more options.

One simple way is lowest cue is for lowest suit we can want to bid so here clubs =hearts. highest suit diamonds is the highest suit so here diamonds= good hand with spades.

This means 3 spades can be intermediate non forcing with spades.

We have quite often had to pass losing imps vs wbridge when it bids unusual.

If the minimum for 3d is 15, I think 4h is too passive. image In this sequence partner shows same strength but we bid to slam. image
