I don't think 2h is GF because 2d is only round forcing. You have to bid 2h with any 5s4h hand - even 11 HCP. If 2d was GF then 2h would be GF, too. So with 2d being only round forcing I think 3h is the correct bidding.

In SAYC I agree 3H is the right bid (But 2H is normally not passed), but I am not sure South should bid anything else than 4H. With a misfit, and short trump on the hand with source of tricks both 4N and 5H are to optimistic.
