2S is 7+ with 3-card support, but with 4 good spades it is OK with 6.

4D makes no sense, as partner just bid 1S and did not double, so after the strange 3S bid (bad suit, 3-3 in the others) North should just bid 4S

It is not possible to match all bids, and XX excludes 6S.

I am not sure, what you mean. Slam should never be interesting after overcall 1S and support to 2S, unless one of the 2 bids was wrong
